All therapy, training and coaching via audio, video, online course, email, face to face, zoom, online, phone or otherwise delivered by Alexandra Alcott Serjeant as well as any information within www.iamalexandrarose.com and within social media as Alexandra Alcott Serjeant and @i_am_alexandrarose is given with the best intention.

By purchasing or receiving any therapy, training, online seminars or coaching services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the statements within this page and that you wish to proceed.

I understand that any services I receive are not intended to replace the medical advice of my healthcare provider.

I understand that all comments, ideas and therapies offered by Alexandra Alcott Serjeant /@i_am_alexandrarose are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Alexandra to assist me in achieving such goals.

I understand that to the extent of our work together, Alexandra is not promising outcomes but is dedicated to helping each person achieve their goals to the best of her ability.

Privacy is very important to Alexandra and I understand that Alexandra will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing.

Some sessions may be held in a third party venue and I agree to comply at all times with the venue’s policies and rules.

If I arrive late for my session (either face to face or online), the session will end at the scheduled time and Alexandra will not be required to refund or deduct any monies from the cost of the session.

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, zoom and other technology.

Alexandra is not responsible for any compensation due to poor connections or technical issues during phone or online sessions however, will endeavour to rectify the problem or reschedule any missed time at her discretion.

The success of all sessions and online courses are the responsibility of you, the client, and therefore Alexandra does not offer any refunds on sessions or courses purchased.

All online courses shall remain available for 3 months from point of purchase. I agree to pay all monies due for courses and one to one sessions as agreed.

All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Alexandra Alcott Serjeant /@i_am_alexandrarose, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Alexandra Alcott Serjeant / @i_am_alexandrarose.
